Abstract:

Sports training is one of the sciences that has witnessed rapid development and expansion compared to its short age, especially in our beloved country (Iraq), which requires trainers, specialists and students of physical education to be familiar with the rules of sports training science, its theories and its wide applications. The characteristics or motor abilities and basic skills in terms of motor speed, interactive agility, scoring skills, rolling and handling that trainers must develop for football players because of their major role and close connection to the player's ability, which leads to improving and increasing the production of muscle strength that has a positive relationship with fast performance, which is reflected positively on the motor system that good physical and skill performance needs, in addition to accurate and correct coordination. Sakio exercises are a modern training method that simulates relatively large muscular effort, which leads to stimulating muscle groups to mobilize the largest possible number of muscle fibers, and possessing the property of Rapid muscle contraction, and its stimulation to work with great capacity by focusing on speed and interactive agility, which in turn contributes to the development of some physical and skill capabilities by producing the required force that helps in completing the skill in the required manner, in addition to improving skill performance, which has an effective role in controlling the player’s performance in these skills that the player needs during football matches. Hence, the importance of the research lies in the fact that Sakio training helps players, especially the youth category, to integrate motor skills in the game of football in an organized and sequential manner, as well as to perform these skills in various match conditions, so that the player is able to confront the opponent and the situations he is exposed to during the match time and in a good way, in addition to developing the player's physical, skill and motor abilities, to reach the best skill performance that the player can use to implement and master the skill, which leads to helping the team achieve the best results in matches. Through the researcher's follow-up as a former player in the Iraqi League and a current coach in the youth category, he noticed that there is a weakness in the performance of some physical and skill abilities of players in implementing special skills in the game of football, specifically scoring and dribbling the opponent and other skills and abilities in this activity. This is due to not taking the right place or rushing to implement these skills, which causes the ball to be lost and increases the loss of opportunities to score goals in the opponent's goal. Therefore, the researcher decided to study this problem by using Sakio training, which would develop the physical and skill abilities of young players and put some solutions that would the level of skill is raised towards the best. The objectives of the research are to prepare training sessions using the S.A.Q method in some motor and skill abilities of youth football players, to identify the effect of S.A.Q training sessions on the motor and skill abilities of youth football players for the experimental group between the pre- and post-tests. The S.A.Q exercises used by the researcher have a positive effect in developing the physical and skill abilities under study for youth football players, to confirm the use of S.A.Q exercises and to give them great importance during training units during the special preparation period and competitions for different age groups of youth and junior football players, as they lead to the development of physical abilities and basic skills. Definition of the research.
