The tactical maneuvering and performance speed of motors are crucial in athletic games, particularly in football where players must execute basic functions swiftly. This study, led by a former coach of the Deaf and Mute Committee's football club in Samawah, investigates the deficiencies in players' motor performance speeds, a factor often overlooked in training regimes. This deficiency hinders players' decision-making capabilities, forming the crux of the research problem. The study examines the effects of specialized tactical rotation training on enhancing motor performance speed to improve fundamental football skills. The research employed an experimental method with equivalent group designs, involving 20 players from the 2021-2022 sports season of the deaf and mute team in Samawah. The players were divided into two groups: experimental and control, with ten players each. The methodology ensured homogeneity and equivalency between the groups. Findings reveal that targeted training exercises significantly boosted the motor performance speed, particularly in skills like ball handling and rolling. The number of training units utilized was deemed effective for skill development within the sample. Recommendations underscore the necessity of diversifying training approaches for this unique group of athletes to cater to their specific needs.
