Abstract:

This study aims to explore and analyze the level of mutual trust between leaders and members of virtual teams in self-managed schools in East Jerusalem from the perspective of teachers. A mixed quantitative and qualitative approach to data collection and analysis was used through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of teachers and principals in these schools. The results showed a high level of trust between leaders and team members, as the factors associated with training and experience had a varying impact on this trust. The study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in confidence depending on the age variable, while there were no significant differences depending on the gender variable. The study recommends that virtual leadership training programs should be strengthened, taking into account age differences among virtual team members.
