This research aims to identify the role of the school in confronting terrorism challenges from the perspective of teaching staff by exploring the concept of terrorism, its risks, and developing a mechanism to address these challenges. The study employs a questionnaire-based approach to derive a scientific mechanism for confronting terrorism challenges. The questionnaire consists of three main domains and three subdomains, covering various aspects such as the role of teachers (5 items), the role of curricula (13 items), the role of student activities (9 items), the role of the school principal (7 items), and the role of the educational counselor, among others.
In the first chapter, the study discusses the research problem, education, and related issues, followed by the significance, objectives, scope, and key terminology, including definitions of terrorism and its operational definition. The second chapter presents the theoretical background, focusing on the roles of teachers, school principals, and the school in combating terrorism. The third chapter outlines the research methodology and includes a review of previous studies, references, and sources.
