Community support is an important factor that defines successful child transition to new educational environments. To guaranteed a successful transition, community must finance and implement programs training teachers, educate staff fortifying collaboration with families and focus on a unified approach to manage all children transition. Purpose of this study is to explore views of preschool teachers and parents regarding international practices utilized by community. In our study, having taken place in 2023-2024 academic year, there were 411 preschool teachers and 55 parents of preschoolers from Epirus. Research findings indicated that some community practices were utilized and made clear the importance of strengthening cooperation and communication among community stakeholders, preschool bodies and families. Only this way there can be guaranteed a real, smooth, and successful transition for all children.
